FEATURES;

• Coat on glass or plastic film such as silicone release coated Mylar
• Adjust coating thickness from 10 um to 250 um (4 tenths to 10 mils)
• Move casting head at constant, adjustable speed.
• Easy Clean-Up
• Accommodates up to 5 glass casting substrates
• After coating, the glass is placed onto shelves at the back of the fume enclosure
• Air flow management is built into the machine to control drying and protect the operator
• No electrical components allow for use of flammable slurry solvents
• Air over Oil hydraulic actuation of motion assures steady, constant casting speed
• Casting head pushes onto a “parking area” after the glass has been traversed
• After coating, the glass is elevated 1.5” for convenient lifting onto the dying shelves
