• COVER: Stainless Steel with floating Teflon seal, and product charging and recirculating
• TANK TILT: Tilting assembly facilitates removal of the shaft for maintenance, media removal or cleaning.
• AGITATOR SHAFT/ARM ASSEMBLY: Plastic-sleeved 304SS agitator shaft with
  steel reinforced, ZrO2 sleeved agitator arms
• MOTOR: 40HP, explosion-proof motor, based on dass I, 1, Groups C & D; Class II, Div.l, Groups C&D. Suitable for use with variable frequency (Inverter drives)
• GEAR REDUCER: ne, 7 inch with a 15:1ratio
• DRIVE: -3PH/60HZ Variable Frequency (Inverter) Drive for above motor VFD). Drive is installed in a NEMA-4X/12 (IP66) (INDOOR USE ONLY) wash-down duty enclosure.
• Drive is not mounted on the Attritor and must be remotely mounted in a non-hazardous area by customer.
  The LCD keypad (Human Interface Module (HIM). in addition to displaying motor frequency (Hz) will be programmed to display Agitator RPM, Motor HP being used.
• OPERATOR STATION: Start/stop push button and speed potentiometer Mounted on the Attritor in a NEMA 7/9
• METER STATION: Digital RPM display (mill agitator) mounted on mill in NEMA 7/9 enclosure
• PUMP: Progressive Cavity with pump controls integrated with Attritor controls
• OPTIONS: Custom Frame Support for Screw Feeder (dimensions to be provided later) Air operated diaphragm pump for solvent (MEK/IPA) input
